At Sharmiran Beauty, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund subject to the conditions below.

Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided that they:

  • Are unused and unopened.

  • Are in their original packaging.

  • Include all original seals, labels, and accessories.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered beauty, skincare, haircare, or personal care products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the product and packaging to assist with the claim.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
