Shipping Policy

Sharmiran Beauty aims to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Sharmiran Beauty currently delivers products only within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Delivery charges are as follows:

• 2.5 JOD for deliveries within Amman.

• 4 JOD for deliveries outside Amman.

• Free delivery on all orders with a value of 25 JOD or more.

Orders are processed during regular business days. Delivery times may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. Sharmiran Beauty is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Once an order has been shipped, customers may be contacted by our delivery partner regarding the status of their shipment.

Multiple shipments or partial deliveries may result in multiple charges appearing on the cardholder’s statement where applicable.

Sharmiran Beauty reserves the right to modify shipping rates, delivery areas, or delivery timeframes at any time without prior notice.
